OUR APPROACH

Clarity before
construction.

A disciplined, transparent process that keeps your project on time, on budget and safe.

From the first site visit to the final handover, you know what is happening, what it costs and what comes next.

THE PROCESS

Five stages.
No surprises.

Every project follows the same structured path, so decisions are made at the right time and nothing is left to chance on site.

HOW WE WORK

Six commitments
on every site.

The standards we hold ourselves to, whether it is a single branch refurbishment or a multi-site roll-out.

One point of contact

One accountable person from Tuka for your project, from quote to handover.

Safety first

Site-specific health and safety plans in line with the OHS Act and Construction Regulations.

Programme discipline

A realistic programme, tracked on site and communicated early if anything changes.

Transparent costs

Itemised quotes, and no variation proceeds without your written approval.

Quality control

Inspections at key stages, not only at the end, so issues are fixed before they are covered up.

Clean, respectful sites

Tidy, secure sites with dust, noise and access controlled, especially in trading premises.

COMMUNICATION

You always know
where it stands.

WORKING WITH TUKA

Common
questions.

Do you work outside Bloemfontein?

Yes. Tuka has a national footprint across Bloemfontein, Johannesburg, Cape Town and all other provinces of South Africa.

Can you work while our premises stay open?

Yes. Work can be phased around trading hours, with after-hours and weekend shifts where needed, and the site is kept secure and separated from your clients and staff.

Do you handle the design?

Yes. As a turn-key contractor we take the project from design to development. We can also build from your own architect’s or designer’s drawings.

Can you work to our brand or design manual?

Yes. Finishes, joinery and layouts are built to your approved specifications, which is standard on bank branch and retail roll-outs.

How are changes and extra costs handled?

Any change to scope is priced and submitted for your written approval before it goes ahead, and recorded in the project’s variation register.

What should we have ready for a first conversation?

The site location, what you want to build or change, any plans you have, an approximate budget range and your preferred timing. You can use the enquiry form to put this together.
